A few things that help.
Small steps that make any repair visit smoother, whether you book with us or not.
Find the model tag
Look for a sticker along the fridge's inner wall, around a washer or dryer door opening, or on the side edge of a dishwasher door. A clear photo of it saves time.
Note what you see and hear
Write down any error code, blinking light or strange sound, and when it started. Small details like these often point straight to the cause.
Share parking and access
Gate codes, guest parking, the elevator, the alley or the side gate. A line about how to reach your door makes the visit smoother.
Keep the cold in
If the fridge stops cooling, keep the doors closed. Food stays cold for about four hours from when it stopped. Throw out perishables such as milk, meat and leftovers that have been warmer than 40°F for over two hours. A full freezer holds its cold longer than a half-empty one.
