How a visit works
You always know what comes next, and nothing gets repaired until you say yes.
Book my repair visitPick the appliance and describe the problem in our short form. We get in touch to set up a time that works for you.
A technician visits your home and starts with a diagnosis, so the fix is based on the cause, not a guess.
You learn what failed and what the repair costs before any work. Say yes to the repair and your service call fee counts toward it in full.

Yes, it changes what we check. Tell us which you have for your dryer, oven, range or cooktop, and whether a cooktop is induction.
Mention each one in your request, so we can plan the visit around them.
Sometimes. Stop using it if it's leaking, smells like burning, has a cracked glass top or keeps overheating. If you smell gas, leave the home and call SoCalGas or 911 from outside.
That's set by what the diagnosis turns up. The service call is $95 ($20 through October 31, 2026), and you'll know the repair price before we start. Say yes to the repair and your service call fee counts toward it in full.
