ApexAppliance Repair Marina

Your privacy

What you send us

When you use the booking form, we receive what you enter: the appliance and the problem, the service address and ZIP code, a preferred day and time window if you choose them, your name, your phone number and any notes. We also receive which page the form was sent from and, when you arrive through an ad or a tagged link, the campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source or gclid).

The address is collected so we can schedule the visit and carry it out at your home. Everything else is used only to contact you about the repair, do the work and follow up afterward. If you call, text or email us instead, we receive your number or email address and whatever you write or tell us, and we use it the same way.

How a request reaches us

Each request sent through the form is delivered to the company twice: as a Telegram message and as an email to our Gmail inbox. A copy is also kept in a private file on our web host, so a request isn't lost if one of those deliveries fails. Telegram and Google handle those messages under their own privacy policies.

To hold off automated spam, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and uses it only to limit repeated sends.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only when that's needed to arrange your repair, or when the law requires it.

Outside services this site loads

Our pages load the Manrope font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when the font loads.

The service areas page shows an embedded Google Map. It loads only when you scroll to it, and Google may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising tools right now, and it doesn't set its own cookies. If you arrive through a tagged link, those campaign tags are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they can go along with a request you send. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

Asking for deletion

To ask us to delete what you sent, email apexappliance213@gmail.com and write “delete my information”. We'll remove it unless the law requires us to keep it.
